I obtained my real estate license about two decades ago when my two children were young and still in schools. Initially, I was just want to help my own real estate investment. Then, over the years with my nature and good people skills I have grown more and more passion on real estate business, and changed from a causal hobby to a full time career over 10 years by now.  

I have a MS degree in Communications, and also love art and music. I enjoy meeting new friends and help them catching their dreams of buying and selling their wonderful home. Most of all, I am proud of establishing lifelong relationships with the families I have worked with, and knowing how pleased and grateful they have been with the results brings me the most satisfaction. That is how my business is based on more than 80 percent referral from satisfied clients. And many of them were first time home buyers. I has sold homes in all price ranges from starter home, condo, and high-dollar estate properties to investment properties. My clients appreciate my flexibility, patience, ability to listen, negotiation and analytic skills, and my ability to accurately price and market a home.

I also devote many hours to volunteering for the community services/ City Team in San Jose and my church in Fremont. I believe that “work hard and play hard”. So, hiking, traveling, playing ping pong ball, musical rhu, drum team are my current hubbies. My beloved husband and I have married for 30 years and we live in Sunnyvale.
